Pino, The problem is that you are calling all the orbitals "iso1" in your commands. Thus each time a button is clicked the visible orbital is replaced by the new one. If you want the second button to draw a second orbital label it something else, maybe "iso2". See the scripting documentation for more information about the isosurface command.
