I'm new here so first of all .. 'Hi'
I'm trying to implement JSmol to load a molecule file using java. Basically this
will be used when the JSmol HTML5 version will not load due to older /
incompatable browsers
What happens is that an applet runs and tries to load something else and it just
displays 'Loading Jmol applet ...' and there is a never ending count in seconds.

Searching the net does not find anything recent and useful (so it's probably
some configuration problem on my part) and I wonder if someone could shed some
light on it at all please?
