I tried another one, that sets the display style of 'clazzloader-status' to "none" at the end of my initializing Jmolscript script. It worked for the initial messages. But since new messages appear if additional functionality is loaded, for example for isosurfaces, it would only help if the 'disableJ2SLoadMonitor' value could be changed after the initial loading. If this is not possible I would rather build my own initializing message view or just hope this step doesn't take too long for most users.
