I have been converting some older java pages to JavaScript and ran into a bug. Jmol.setCheckboxGroup throws a JavaScript error but seems to work ok. An example is at https://undergrad-ed.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/pt_grp/ptgrp-2.html (check the error console).
In addition I am trying to get some pages using Jmol & JSV upgraded. The only problem I have not been able to fix is to get the highlighted regions of the spectra to show after the page loads. It should work like: https://undergrad-ed.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/anim_spectra/toluene-ir.html . The template I am working on is at: https://undergrad-ed.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/anim_spectra/template-ir.html . Any help would be appreciated. I am using 14.2.4.
