Dear All, First thanks for a very nice piece of software!
I am using jmol standalone to automatically plot bond distances of different molecules with different sizes (PAHS) [which is really cool!]. Now the questions (hope they are not silly!): a) Is there a way so that jmol will put molecules with different sizes with exactly the same scale on screen (i.e. the bonds for all molecules are plotted with the same dimension). b) Do you think I can use jmol to produce for publication quality, white background pictures, with bond distances? is yes, tips? very best regards Manuel ps: Once more thanks to the developers, Jmol is brilliant! ____________________________________________________________________________ La morte non è nel non poter comunicare, ma nel non poter più essere compresi. - P.
