Hi Robert Been using the site and code you posted. Very useful, thanks. But ... how much scripting is it possible to do on the url?
For example, consider http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jmol.php?source=http://figshare.com/download/file/1828552&width=600&height=600 where the script &width=600&height=600 alters width and height from the default settings. How far can this be taken? If I had a *.cml file that contained the stitched together frames of two intrinsic reaction coordinate calculations (forward and backwards from the transition state) could I make this file run through an animation by amending the url with script?
