Basically, any Jmol-based web site anywhere probably can do it. You can
drag-drop files from your local file directory window, have a dialog pop up
that lets you pick a local file, or just indicate a URL. At the RCSB site,
just fire up a Jmol or JSmol window for any ligand or protein, then use the
pop-up menu File...Open... or open a console and type your entry.
