Dear Jmol users, I am having problems in displaying several models in the PDB site using the JSmol option Example: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/Viewers/jsmol.jsp?id=4Z28
In both Firefox and Chrome, the model does not load and errors are reported inside the JSmol panel. I have tested in 2 different computers. I have reported to PDB support but they see they don't reproduce the problem. Could you try and report back if it works for you? Thanks I tracked the problem to the load command, load "/pdb/Viewers/jsmol.jsp?id=4Z28&encoding=base64&bionumber=1" which reports [Exception... "Failure" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/assets/wro/jsmolViewer.js?ver=20150710-1229 :: .send :: line 2" data: no]
