When I use the URL in your email in Firefox on OS X, the browser
displays a very long list that looks like code (image inserted below).

No page or JSmol appears. Nothing but code.
But when I go to rcsb.org, search for 4z28, and click 3D View: JSmol, it
displays just fine in JSmol but from a different URL:
http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/jmol.do?structureId=4Z28&bionumber=1
Also 4z28 displays without problems in FirstGlance and Proteopedia. It
is a small structure with 2,051 atoms, some of which have partial
occupancy and alternate locations. (I can't count those correctly due to
the bug in Jmol that I reported recently, awaiting a fix.)
Have you tried clearing your browser cache, restarting the browser,
rebooting? Rare bizarre behavior is often corrected by those, in my
experience.
Let me know if I can do any additional tests.
