Is there one? > The URL for loading with '=' (e.g.: =1deh) is configurable with the command 'set loadFormat'. So to get mmCIF files from the RCSB server instead of PDB files you can do this: set loadFormat "http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/files/%FILE.cif.gz"; You should keep in mind that this might generally be necessary next year if the RCSB sticks to the plan to drop PDB format files from their server in 2016.
