Dear All, I would like to be able to produce very cartoony/schematic pictures using Jmol. Setting the following options gets me most of the way there:
specular = false ambientPercent = 100 but I would also like to add outlines to the atoms and bonds of a different colour (e.g. black/white) and a specific thickness, which would be the same for all atoms in general. Playing around with the cel shading options suggests that outlines do "exist" as objects in some sense, and there seem to be some obscure (to me) references to them in archived posts, but I can't work how to modify them directly and/or with sufficient control. Any suggestions as to how to do so will be very gratefully received. Best regards, Matthew Wolf
