When I carry out a script replacement for a legacy jmol.js webpage as described
in the jmol2.js file in jmol-14.4.4_2016.03.25 , the “bondorder” command seems
not to work. For example two commands were “select carbon; bondorder 1”, and my
acetylene still showed a triple bond. I substituted “connect (all) (all)
single modify” and got the desired single bond.
Is this expected behavior?
