Hi everybody,

we have developed a tool with the use of JSmol to visualize molecular structures from RCSB along with annotations from Uniprot. I would like to suggest this tool for the page on the Jmol wiki (Websites using Jmol: http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Websites_Using_Jmol ).

http://prosat.h-its.org ProSAT^+ is a tool to explore the relation between sequence and structural properties. It can be used to map and visualize sequence annotations onto a structure using an internet browser.

Kind regards,

Stefan Richter
