We are looking for *Lead **Business Intelligence* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* - Lead functional and technical teams to build required Reports, Key Performance Indicators, Alerts and Dashboards. - Provide project management, recommend technical direction, and lead the review and enhancement of the enterprise Oracle BI strategies, infrastructure, and road map. - Translate business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions. *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:* - 3+ years of experience in delivering BI and data warehousing in a team lead role. - Experience implementing BI projects from requirement definition through production deployment and support. Strong relational database design, programming and tuning. - Experience with data warehousing, data management, and data modeling. - Firm understanding of data modeling and business intelligence efforts. - Strong technical knowledge of Oracle BI (formerly Siebel Analytics) AD tools (version 10.1.3), dashboards, configuring report level security, metadata tools, and user interface designs. - Experience of defining enterprise BI strategies, architectures, roadmaps and experience in developing and deploying Dashboard, Analytics/OLAP. - Technical experience in business intelligence tools, focused on data modeling, metadata, and user interface.
