The selected candidate should possess at least 8 years experience as an
Oracle DBA, with strong development DBA skills.
Experience managing Oracle Database physical structures, storage and
security. Experience with and willingness to support 24x7 production
database environments.
Strong PL/SQL skills
Conducting data transformation from multiple disparate sources, use of
SQL Loader, and use of import and export data utilities.
Leading in setting up and the testing of all releases
Assisting the DBA Production team in all Staging and Production releases
Assisting the DBA Production team in all Staging and Production releases
Expertly designing and creating packages and procedures for the
transformation of data
Developing scripts for batch processing, ETL, and data loading,
including error handling, and making modifications for a progressively
changing DB environment.
Working in a J2EE environment
Implementing a virtual private database
Strong communications skills.
Working independently
