I have not often put jobs on the job site because I get the impression that
the bigger agencies have got you all on their books anyway!! I have had odd
enquiries from Jug members as to whether they can send their CV's to me but
these have not been sent, so either it has been felt that I might not treat
their CV with respect (for the record it is not my policy to send any CV to
any client without first gaining the applicants permission after discussion
regarding the client and the position) or they have decided they are not
looking after all - big pay rises perhaps?!

Perhaps anyone who does put jobs on should be asked to ensure that the
description is confined to the actual requirements? The feeling seems to be
that members are actually annoyed at the format and unnecessary
blandishments & enticements of the Abacus ads rather than the fact that they
are always advertising?

"An individual can live alone and have no worry about rank, but no species
can survive without interaction between individuals. On the other hand,
complete individual subordination to the group is just as devastating. With
no individuality there can be no change, no adaptation and, in an inherently
changing world, any species unable to adapt is also doomed." Jean M. Auel.
