Hmmmm... Yeah you probably find they're not even reading the jug... 

They might just have the job list's email on some "unsolicited email"
list... :-)

Honestly it doesn't bug me, I filter the Tech, Job, and Forum emails
into separate folders in any case, and go look through once a week...

Interesting to see what's happening in Joburg, going rates, positions
available, skills needed, etc, etc.

Personally I find job ads usefull, it helps me to hone my skills in such
a fashion that I can remain "marketable" if I can put it that way... 

Any other skills I pick up during R&D that's not advertised for normally
comes as a bonus, and expands my ability to be able to suggest more than
one solution to a problem...

But that's just my 2c/hour... *cough* sorry, I mean 2c....
