I agree with you that we should stop flogging this dead horse!! We should probably put 
a
policy in place that warns users (agencies) about abusing the Job-CTJug. This could be
part of the acknowledgement process.

I must however point out to you that what you may think is simple may not be for 
others. I
am talking about filtering your mail. I for one and I am sure not the only one, cannot 
do
email filtering. This is cause we read our email via web browsers. Just bear this in 
mind
when making assumptions :-)
