You'll work on a variety of different projects and should be able to provide new ideas that work within our current system. We're looking for someone who can crank out solid code and also weigh in on design decisions. The right candidate is: diligent, flexible, able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field OR equivalent experience (minimum 2+ years' experience as a proven developer using a high-level OO language). * Solid background in data structures, principles of OO design a must. * Demonstrated experience with at least one major high-level language. * Demonstrated ability to learn new products and technologies. * Excellent organizational and problem solving skills. * PHP/PostgreSQL, LAMP experience a plus. Responsibilites include: * Development of database-driven web applications, primarily on LAMP/open source platforms * Design, development and monitoring of email delivery applications and reporting tools. * Maintenance and support of existing systems.
