   Familiarity with current Internet technology approaches (e.g. Web 2.0,
   portal, content management, entitlements, and user-centered design)

   Ability to manage a staff of 1-2 individuals



*Job Description:*

The User Interface Sr Design Lead will work with line of business, product
management, and technology groups to:


   -

   Interview business stakeholders and clients to clearly understand both
   internal and end user requirements

   -

   Translate customer and business requirements and use cases into a
   customer-centric online experience

   -

   Produce site maps, user flows, wireframes, page layouts and functional
   specification deliverables for hand-off to technology.

   -

   Perform usability/heuristic evaluations on business applications

   -

   Analyze client feedback and competitive research to develop benchmarks
   for evaluating designs going forward

   -

   Ensure consistency in implementation of future state designs with
   iterative development of usability and design standards

   -

   Oversee planning and execution of usability testing

   -

   Evangelize the importance of true usability and user-centered approach to
   technology design and development

   -

   Provide guidance to content managers to define and develop content to
   support customers’ online interactions
