I have been scanning the online doc as well as the classes itself, but haven't found anything: Is there support from joda to calculate the week-of-year from a given YearMonthDay? That's of course closely related to determing the first day of the week. AFAIK this depends on the chronology?! For example in Germany (Europe?) the week "1" starts on the Monday of the first week that has at least four days in the given year. So the first week of year 2004 started on Monday, 29th of December, 2003.
