In summary, the incompatibilities are unimportant - removal of some deprecated methods and some fine tuning. ITS UNLIKELY THESE WILL IMPACT ANYONE VERY MUCH. Therefore v2.0 should be a drop in replacement for the currect release. It would be great if users could build from svn and try the jar in real applications to ensure that there are no issues I've missed. If I receive confirmation that its OK, then I can release.
