Welcome Ahmed, and glad to see you managed to set it up successfully.

To enable Arabic layout:
1) Go to System -> preferences -> keyboard
2) Choose the "Layouts" tab
3) Press the "Add" Button
4) Choose the Layout you want to use

I will assume you will want to switch between layouts as well. The default
way is to press both "Alt" buttons together to change the layout, however
sometimes (specially with european keyboards) the right alt does not work,
so after you choose the layout, you might want to do the following:
1) System -> preferences -> keyboard
2) Layouts tab
3) Press the "Layout Options" button
4) Expand the "Layout switching" menu
5) Choose the shortcut you find appropriate to switch layouts.
