Hi!

Good news from our govt and Ministry of ICT. After they refused to renew the
agreement between Microsoft and declared they do not need any new software from
Microsoft, especially Windows 7, a new agreement "to more open source adoption"
has been made public today.

The agreement is between the Ministry and Ingres, one open source DBMS
companies with more than 10000 customers worldwide. Ingres will train employees
and offer open source software to public administration. They will also open an
open source lab in one of the major universities.

The ministry will promote open source adoption in all the government
departments and will take open source software into consideration in any future
software purchase.
