Hi,
I have made some tests like yours (and some more advanced. I can send
the code on this mailing list if someone is interested in) and I think
there's no problem with GC on RMI and JEREMIE.
Those tests and your "Tester" shows that the truth is out there :-)
I said in my messages "OutOfMemoryError ..." on 28/Nov/2000 and
04/Dec/2000 that I think that JOnAS keeps a reference on all the Remote
Objects somewhere in the memory.
Garbage collection is OK for me but it can't make its job because all
the remote objects are still referenced.
--> No GC
--> No unexportObject
I think it is a major problem because today you can't rely JOnAS on a
production system.
I hope this problem will be soon fixed. I'm ready to contribute but I
don't really know what to do.
Regards.
