How to create new service components ?

Hello,

can anybody tell me how I can create own service components in JOnAS ?

I want to implement components which should be initialized during startup of
JOnAS 
and must be accessible from inside and outside (through CORBA).
Because new threads will be created in these components, it can't be
implemented as EJB.
