Just saw an interesting doc about why harbouring bad thpughts/feelings can casue
illness like hart disease, diabetes, cancer and others or genrall unwell ness.
The stress causes the release of a chemial called cortisol which damages the
white blood cells in our blood. It harms every cell in the body. Not a lot of
comfort in that! Depression is just the name we give to our harbouring bad
thought s and feelings which when not dealt with becomes a prison of our own
making. That prison can be of the type we can't get out of.
