I spent literally the entire morning hysterically crying. I don't know what 
came over me, but the minute I woke up, I turned to Sal and said, "Please 
tell me it isn't true." Of course, a few seconds later, I remembered that it 
really was true, and burst into tears. Kakki, I agree that the personal 
stories are what help to heal and mourn, so I will share a few.......

A woman in Topsfield has a brother that works on the 100 something floor at 
the World Trade Center. Fortunately, he was not in his office yesterday, but 
was on a business trip instead. Horrifically, he was on the flight from 
Newark that went into the Pentagon. 


Sal was in a customer's house yesterday when the news hit. He spent the next 
4 hours glued to his customer's TV with him. During that time, this man 
frantically tried to call his father-in-law that works on the 85th floor of 
the WTC. When he finally got through, he found out that his very punctual 
father-in-law had overslept that day.

But for the Grace of God............
