Maybe you are just posting to the general "you" but if you are replying to
my post, I don't recognize in your reply anything that relates to what I
wrote. I do agree with you that this is such a complicated issue & I was
attempting to speak about what I think needs to be addressed as a core issue
in the long run. I hope this makes some sense.
