Concur. I watched Blair's speech on C-Span as well. The delivery was impassioned, the logic was impeccable and Blair appeared to have memorized the whole thing rather than reading from a text.
I was especially moved by his comments on globalization and how it should hold promise of an improved life for all. Also, he made a point of mentioning how we all should be ashamed of how Africa has been ignored.
