Hi guys, Having complainbed about the sond of the guitar(s) on PWWAM, I should say that seeing the whole thing (the version of PWWAM shown on American PBS was about an hour long, left out 30-40% of the songs) was a thrill -- especially Joni singing Trouble Man! What fun -- it was a strain for her, as it would be for anyone to get those loooooong lines out, but she was clearly enjoying herself.
Oh, and my other favorite moment is when she vagues out after the first two verses of Song For Sharon and asks the band and/or the audience : "Um, what verse are we on?" or some such. The band cracked up, and it took them all a few seconds to recover. Good to see her so relaxed, throughout the video, too. warmly, walt
