I agree with everything you say, Mack, but Mr. Junta was tried for
manslaughter, not murder. And his sentencing might have been even lighter if
his history of violence around children (prior arrests for beating his wife
and for an altercation with a Boston cop) hadn't been revealed.
Five years in prison for an 18 year old who used drugs? That is insanity.
