Can someone explain what makes the sound of Joni's piano playing unique? Surely she doesn't retune her pianos! Yet, unless someone is covering one of her songs, no one else's piano playing sounds like hers to me . . . with one exception -- Jackson Browne! A couple of times I have had my radio in the scan mode and it stopped on "Stay (Just a Little Bit Longer)" and I thought for a split second that it was Joni playing. Hmm. Coincidence . . . or did Jackson learn something from the master?
