It's a great book that sucks you in from the very start. It's all about Woodstock, but from it's conception. I think only the last three chapters detail the actual event. There's great stuff there as well, but you really are enlightened as to how it all came about and the red tape, obstacles and pitfalls these guys had to battle to make it all happen. It gives you a good sense of that time period.
