Funny you should ask. I can't find a way to do it on my PC either. All I can find is a "b" in some different typeface that looks KIND of like a flat sign (if you look at it cross-eyed and squinting, and you already know what it's supposed to be). I couldn't find anything in any of the "wingdings" either (but I gave up looking after a while, so maybe it's there somewhere.)
