I don't know - it been coming into my mind for some unknown reason for
months now and then the next thing I know I'll read both their names on a
page somewhere or their music will follow each other on the radio or
something! I then started thinking - why hasn't it ever happened? I know
she has her favorites with Klein, Shorter, Mendoza and all, but I boggle to
think of her and Quincy. As far as I'm concerned, he is the Magic Man with
everything he touches - I don't think there is any way he could do her wrong
and oh my, what they might come up with. They *should* give it a try - they
have nothing to lose and everything to gain and I'd bet they'd have a blast
together.

something new.

Just like Joni he confounded people with a new music that was way ahead of
its time.
