Thanks Kakki, I was hoping your legal mind would take a look at these. The 
way I see it is that once these developers have control, the wreaking balls 
will soon follow to build million dollar homes for the very wealthy. Asbury 
Park is the number 1 historical site in danger of demolition IMHO. What did 
Joni say, They Paved Paradise and put up a parking lot? They'll make a museum 
and charge the people 10.00 to get in.
