Doctors put on gloves these day when they perform just about any procedure,
whether it's surgery or the examination of bruises on a battered woman. I
find it very hard to believe that this song is not about Jackson Browne's
situation, no matter what Joni says.
Also, I have had a very bad cold or allergies for the last few days so I
haven't been keeping up with any of my e-mail, Joni list or regular. But for
the record, I think boom boom pachyderm has a double meaning with drums and
wee wees. At least that is what the Nyquil is telling me.
Gotta go cough some more.
