As far as reporting it to Ebay, no I don't mess with that. Ebay doesn't
*really* want you to do that, because they make money on every sale. They
present a facade that they don't allow them, but it's so prolific they
can't enforce it much. The only way they'll listen to you is if you're the
artist, the record label, or the copyright holder. I know because I've
tried on several occassions to no result. Now if you try and sell a Led Zep
boot, look out - Atlantic polices the listings pretty well.

Besides, ultimately it's pretty much a victimless crime. Joni nor any of
her record companies make any money on this stuff whether it's sold/traded
whatever. The buyer is happy to get it, or they wouldn't bid. No harm, no
foul. I just thought it was funny.
