you are right about that, yet somehow it seems everyone knows she is his daughter & to me, at least that is intruiging... i first heard of her through you brenda & then read something about her (that mentioned she was ravi's daughter), then i saw her cd on sale at borders for $12.99 so i decided to give it a try... >>The resulting sales hype is an extension of that setup and is a function of her natural talent, her age, her beauty and mostly, from my view, the paucity of new talent among major label releases this year.<< that is a good point...sadly the criteria for 'talent' that is eligible for (major) label releases has become so narrow or 'unmusical' that there is not much of interest to choose from
