I am glad not. I hate it!After all if great voices made great singing wouldn't opera be the most popular style?
Fortunately thre people I was peaking with are not the sort tjat think opera or great voices are the only way to go. They ahev a respect for Joni. I found there views interesting and they made sense to me. i further discussed this wiht John and we he mentinoned that people who make good singers but cannot 'sing' have good acting abilities.Not that they pretend to sing but that they know how to use their voice for feeling etc.
Nelson being one of them I should think.
