I was shocked that in quoting that article you left out the next paragraph which told how Bush WAIVED the nuclear inspections required under the 1994 Framework, as he handed $95 million of our money to the "evil" people! I continue to be baffled as to why no one seems to think it's significant or worth mentioning that Bush actually WAIVED the N. Korea nuclear inspections required under the 1994 Framework.
