i have seen 2 people in my family members drop a good amount weight & reduce
their (bad) cholesterol by doing that high protein, no carb diet... they
could eat fats (like bacon) but not sweets of any sort (including fruits &
juices)...once they did the strict diet & got to where they wanted, they
were able to let up & eat carbs & juice, etc. in moderation...
