it is importnat to undersatand that LOW crab does not mean NO crab!!!!!
Event he strictest, ie. Atkins, and then only druing the first two weeks, hovrs around 20gams of crabs a day. Maintenence would be 50-60grams a day but it will differ form person to person.

Yes the cholesterol thing you mention happens to lots of lo carbers-it goes down or at least the HDL does, which is the bad one.
