The cases here now are either stable or improving, so things look like they're getting better, and they're trying to ensure it's contained. The people who think it might be an American plot obviously don't pay attention to the news (like yeah, it makes a lot of sense. Infect someone in China and then make sure they're in an elevator with some people who are visiting from Canada and are going back there really soon? And make sure you infect some Americans too, just to throw people off the track. OK...
