There was a great SNL skit with the late Chris Farley playing a gulping,
sweating, tongue-tied super-self-conscious fan interviewing Sir Paul. Paul,
playing himself, was all relaxed and affable, while Chris was having a fit.
Very funny. (But unknown in Oz, unless you can beam such things down?)
Incidentally, somewhere the Beatles said that the only person who made them
lock up in this manner was... the first time they met Elvis.
Now if I met Paul, assuming my tongue wasn't tied, I think the first
question I'd ask would be: Does singing in your amazing "Kansas City" and
"She's a Woman" style strain your voice?
