hmm... well... this depends on the genre of music.  So I'll try to picks my
favorites REGARDLESS of genre.

Tori Amos - this woman is amazing.  Whether on piano, keyboard, or
harpsichord-- she amazes me.  She's really a sight to see.

Bill Evans - jazz legend.  Incredible.

Brad Mehldau-- young up-and-comer jazz pianist that has made quite a splash!
He's already got 7 albums out-- plus a lot of soundtrack work.  Check him
out!

Martha Argerich - if you haven't heard her perform Prokofiev's third piano
concerto yet-- do it.  It is simply stunning.
