Okay, we all knew that eventually the dam would burst and that electing an
American president would spill over into our international forum. I
apologize to the World as an apolitical American. But........

At the risk of offending two JMDLers in 48 hours by telling people what to
think, may I suggest, Debra, that there's nothing to worry about. Nothing
will change on Election Day. As we've seen so many times in the past, it
does not matter one whit who is in the White House. Rapist, idiot, future
Alzheimer's patient, Red Scare mastermind, bumbler, nuclear engineer,
philanderer (with Marilyn Monroe no less!)... whatever. It doesn't matter.

The power will safely reside where it always has, regardless of our Civics
class training:  Big Business.

Wishing this grotesque charade will be over soon,
Jim L'Hommedieu
