Barbara will know more about this than I (I live in MD
and only work in DC), but very recently there was a
big push -- and I think city council voted in favor of
it -- to have "Taxation without Representation"
printed on the new DC license plates.
Later I heard that the idea was being reconsidered (of
course).
However, I think DC should go for it!
