I will never forget the Smothers Brothers doing a funny skit to this
song back when it was released in the late 60's - right?. All I can
remember is a kitchen table made out of the car that "Honey" supposedly
perished in. Does anyone else recall the skit? As funny as it was -
the song does make me cry too. It's just in the last couple of years it
rings so freakin' true. But I can still laugh at the memory of that
show as well.
